What User doesn't like about Under The Eagle:
We were a group of three and until a few true Poles turned up for ,I think, a snack and a drink later we were the only customers. Well done for opening at all. I tried to steer my group from overordering but inevitably they...did so but we were given the excess to take away. Polish food is not light and fluffy it is made to fill the inner man and it does. The service (by the owner) is first rate. Take a good appetite... View all feedback.

We drove 125 miles to visit this restaurant, and I must say, it was worth it. The decor was stunning, reminiscent of mountain restaurants in Poland. The service from the lady who served us was fantastic, and the food was delicious. It was my partner's birthday, and this place truly made her day. Thank you.
I had my first visit to this restaurant and it was fantastic. The food was excellent and so was the service. The staff were very knowledgeable and even suggested a second starter for me when I couldn't decide on my main dish. They had a great selection of beer and drinks as well. We left happy and will definitely be coming back.
Great place! very friendly staff. eating was very fresh and tasteful. the filled trout is highly recommended. cold beer too. great place to dinner with friends.
We were visiting the town of Newmarket when we decided to look around for a place to eat in the evening. The restaurant is a little out the way, but can be located by walking off the high street. The menu is extremely interesting and...for a small restaurant very large. The food was exquisite to say the least and the service and help we received from Anna explaining the dishes as well as the traditions was amazing! There was a good selection of drinks and you were given all the time in the world to enjoy both food and drink! Five stars from us!!!!
