When we entered the tea rooms we assumed it must be closed as the 'front of house ' just stared at us without saying anything. I suggested a table for 2, to which he replied 'what for? ', which was a bit odd. I persevered and said 'breakfast ', so he then showed us to a table. No menu was produced, but he then stood at our table and said 'well?
