"The food was good but the experience was let down by mostly very poor service. Apart from one very friendly member of staff, the rest were generally unhelpful. We had to ask them to take our order and then we waited an hour for our food which was brought out over the course of about 20 minutes so the first arrivals were almost finished before the rest of us received ours. There were also not enough chips so the last order of fish and chips came with sweet potato fries. The puddings then took about half an hour to arrive after this. I appreciate staffing in hospitality can be challenging, but, there was lack of care and accountability from most of the team here. I wouldn’t return."
