we found this small family restaurant with applause. there is no menu, but very good day dishes. we had a great antipasti selection in advance and an excellent fish as main course. everything tasted wonderful. the waitress has given herself much effort and spoke English. best to reach with the roll. after that they can still admire the magnificent view of the sunset on the summit. Amazing like home made authentic Italian food. We had the bruschetta , pasta and seafood risotto and watermelon. Tomotoes were so delicious.best place for us in Ischia.
There is a difficult access but the atmosphere of the restaurant is very good and the food excellent and not expansive. So I recommend to do not hesitate to climb the hill and to take the two ways little street to enjoy a nice moment and a nice food (and not expansive 25 euros wine included) at La Pagliarella.

Very narrow road to get there,. park under. but it's worth it.
