"The food is excellent. Even the kids food is top notch. The service on the other hand… it’s not an exaggeration to say it’s rude. From the moment we arrived, we were almost dismissed. Odd we thought as we had a booking, but we let it slide. Then we were shown to a pretty uninviting table… it was quiet at 8.30pm, so I asked if we could have literally any other table. I was told they had all been booked. Seemed strange given that we had also booked, and virtually every table was empty… so I questioned it (politely). The waitress turned and said “we’re going to have a great night tonight okay?” in such a passive aggressive way that I was actually speechless. Now, her English was very good, so this was not a language thing. It was delivered as it was intended. Aggressively. We should have left at that point, because the rest of the night’s service followed in the same vein. My advice… give it a swerve."
