It's been a while since I last visited Subway due to some negative experiences with dirty utensils, poorly dressed workers, and bad service at other locations. However, the Subway on Helmets Trail in Mesquite off of I-20 impressed me with two very friendly ladies working there. The food was good and I had a pleasant dining experience after a long time. What User doesn't like about Subway:
The staff at this restaurant are terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I asked the server for extra spinach on my sandwich, but she had trouble hearing me and her coworker rudely told me I don't deserve it. They always seem to have a problem with me when I come in. This location had fast and friendly service and the sub I had was great as well. Would definitely recommend if a quick meal is what you're looking for in this area.

Don't know what Subway has done to their food, including the bread. Have tried several locations and very disappointed at everyone of them. Bland, tasteless.
The customer service hear is horrible. How hard is it to make a sandwich.
