A delicious respite mid an 11-hour drive from Texas to Tennessee. Mandel Mocha was exceptional and the staff was great!

LAUTE ICE CREAM! BEST IN TOWN and with most flavors. Older man who seemed to be owner or manager was the ONLY person. All other employees were great!

"Upon entering the restaurant, the lady at the entrance was on her cellphone for a bit not paying any attention. The other employees were sitting around the bar area laughing and talking instead of working the whole time I was there and waiting on my order. When I finally was able to place a to go order for 1 sandwich and side, they had me sit in the corner for a good while. There was only 1 or 2 tables with people sitting and eating while I was there, and only 1 worker serving. The rest were too busy at the bar/counter area talking and goofing. When my food was finally done, a worker from the kitchen brought it to me and then left. When I finally checked my box of food out, I was kind of shocked because the sandwich wasn't very big and didn't have much meat and only a small piece of cheese on it. Then there were only about 5 onion rings in there and it cost around $18 for it, no drink or anything else. I would not recommend going to this place. It's very overpriced and the staff definitely don't make you feel welcome at all."
