Wow, What a pleasant surprise! Something different in Forster! We dined at the Hibiscus last week (Friday night) and it was perfect. The food is excellent. Fresh local produce and the spices are to die for....blended perfectly. Would have to say this was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Absolutely trash service. Walked out after being ignored by staff. Made a booking which staff forgot to write down. Waited to be seated which never happened, so we approached bar staff who said sit where you like . After sitting down there was still zero service and after 10 minutes we went to the bar to ask for menus, were told sure we will bring them to you . Fun friendly staff had the pork belly and was the best piece of pork I have ever had the missus had the lamb shank and loved it highly recommend this place
