To start there was quite a long wait, which we were prepared for considering lack of staff; however, it would have been nice to have gotten a complimentary appetizer to carry me over to the meal. I ordered the Paella Ala Coqui (half a pineapple with rice). It was quite good, but could have used more chicken and steak. I only got 4 small pieces of chicken in the rice.
