I have visited this restaurant twice in the past few weeks and was disappointed to find the drive-thru closed both times. Despite this inconvenience, I would still give the restaurant 3 stars because the cashier was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the crew was also generally friendly. Thank you. What Candice Anderson doesn't like about Burger King:
The order is taken quickly, but customers are kept waiting at the first window until all the food is prepared for everyone who has placed an order, and then they are moved to the next window to receive their food. When I asked why they do this, the response was that they are understaffed. This has been happening for at least two months. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
They tend to take a long time and are known to get food orders wrong.
The indolent personal will be as they wait on the journey through.
For the last 6 months, every time I come here, we had to wait at the window where you pay until your food is ready to pick up on the other window. it is like a 30-minute waiting for a cheeseburger.
Waited 20 mins for our meals. One of my kids meals only had french fries in it with the drink and toy and the other was only had the nuggets. There was no traffic vehical or foot trafic and our food was cold. Unfortunately this will be the last time we come here. Its happened more then once and this was the last straw.
Cheap food in this place excellent. Very appetizing. The service here is great.
