This Panera is very clean. The staff at this location have been helpful, efficient and pleasant and the food has been fresh and tasty every time. The selection of teas and coffees is delicious and the area is clean and sanitary, for which I am appreciative. "Horrible experience today. Drive thru person was not in a good mood. I tried to chat and ask him how his day was going and we got a negative response. We pulled away and thank goodness we checked because there was no dressing for the salad or ketchup. No big deal as mistakes happen so we drove back thru. We got to the window and the girl just stared at me. I told her we needed dressing and ketchup. She turned, grabbed it, and handed it to me...no smile, no words, nothing. I said thank you and she turned away ignoring me with still no words. I hollered thank you again and she turned, looking annoyed and said, have a great day in a sarcastic tone.Every employee was rude and looked absolutely miserable. Something was obviously going on today, but we will go to another location from now on."

"Me and my husband tried their brunch. It was ok. I got the dock benedict the portion was really small and the flavor was alright. The hashbrown casserole is on the bland side. The coffee they serve is fantastic though and the waitress was lovely. Maybe we’ll come back and try their dinner but there’s better options in town for brunch.
