Party member ordered a medium steak. When it was delivered it was rare. Waitress never returned to check on table and when another party member finally got the waitresses attention to inform them about the rare steak she took the steak to the kitchen and returned with this solution—“we can throw it on the grill to finish cooking.” When that was declined she said “you could have sent it back when we brought it to you.... Steaks had a great flavor! Cooked to a perfect temperature! Restaurant staff were fantastic!
I had a 16 oz. ribeye, grilled onions and a garden salad. Best ribeye I have ever had with juicy marbeling fat and was tender to chew. Beef comes from Eakly, Oklahoma, so your getting the freshest beef possible. I will be back!!
