I am bummed, I want to give Gib’s five stars because I love going here. Everyone working is always friendly, bagels are fairly priced and they have a great mirror for selfies. They also have Pibb on tap, which is amazing. My only complaint is that they didn’t put the right cream cheese on the correct bagels. I was driving so didn’t have time to turn around. This location is my fav because this location is where they are cooking the bagels out of. The smell of fresh bagels is oh so yummy. I stick to the everything bagel bacon,egg, cheese and toasted for the win. However all their bagels look fantastic in the display case. Love supporting great local companies that are assets to the community. Gib's Bagels for the win!
I keep trying to give you guys a shot because the food is good but the service is something I’m having a very hard time getting over. And it’s all 3 locations. I always ask for no tomatoes, so when my NYC always has tomatoes on it every time it’s hard to keep coming back. Especially when I finally mention it and they just take them off. Luckily I’m not allergic but if I was that would be terrible. I have sensory issues so taking them off is always hard for me to get over to eat the sandwich anyways. Ridiculous though. Why even bother.
Count your bagels..Order a dozen bagels, ask how many I get and they confirmed I get 13.Ordered 13 and only got 12.Is it a scam on just a mistake?You decide.
