"Really cool place!!! Prohibition themed, underground, cool vibe. Drinks and apps were all really good, and honestly really reasonably priced. Much better than I was expecting when the bill came! Management was on top of it, walking around to check on people’s experience on top of the serving staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. Highly recommend getting there early, unless you’re willing to wait in line. Even though there was a line, we never felt like we were being rushed to turn the table over."

"Neat, historic building with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Our server, Rachel, was wonderful! The gluten free butternut avocado toast is unique and delicious. It paired great with The Short Stack, a latte with brown butter and maple syrup, resulting in creamy goodness. If I’m ever back in Fort Collins, I will definitely eat at Ginger and Baker again!"
