I find Nick's Italian to be an excellent local restaurant serving our favorite dishes, limited by staff shortage. The bar area definitely has its own local color where everyone can find a temporary home for his or her elbow. The staff has a long-standing loyalty to Nick, who welcomes everyone. The bad service reviews were during the pandemic, so give them a break! I went there today and the service was excellent! And I know I was a waitress for almost 15 years! In addition, the food was excellent! I'm from the Nee York area and everything was as expected (except a bit of crisp pizza crust). A total of 5 stars!
We had an amazing dinner and experience! The staff was absolutely amazing. They were short staffed but the staff they did have worked their tails off and did fantastic. Food was delicious and fresh. We will be back! Thanks!
My wife and I just moved to Fort Collins and found Nick’s online! Absolutely the most flavorful chicken Piccata we have ever had ! Great service! Fun decor! We will definitely be back!
Excellent experience for a place wedged somehow between fast casual and old school home Italian food. The service was attentive but just enough so. The food was delicious, without a doubt. The ACG pasta was super flavorful but not oppressive. The burger was superlative. The beer was cold. Good job, all around.
One of the few truly neighborhood spots we have in this town. I just love being at Nick's because it feels homely. Their wings are unexpectedly unrivaled and their pizza is perfect. Great for a date or a night out with a family friends.
