What User doesn't like about Smashburger:
I'm a door window, and I had a pick-up on the evening of the 12th. October 2022, at 5:30. I had another delivery in my car from the Cheeba Hut next door. I went in and was greeted by an African American and told him I had a delivery. He said? we have this in a few minutes.? 23 minutes go by and I'll wait for dinner! I've never been told how much longer, I've been ignored and never seen from one of the frontend people... View all feedback.
Damn it. we love this place no, we @ing loove this place! pluses: gluten-free burger! they can have everything a gluten eater can eat, but gf!.
Smashburger used to be really good. I was there last night for the first time in a few years and it was just terrible. the burger was dry without taste.
Since last time I didn't have the best experience, the manager apologized and helped me. it has been for a few months and I came to a good day.
Love the spicy baja burger and their smash fries and shoestring onion rings are great if there is a Smash Burger near you, go and eat there you will not be disappointed!
The assistant manager is exceptional! The food is great, and they address any issues with a smile. Delicious, love it!
