Fort Collins’ Thai Pepper restaurant serves mediocre standards. The Tom Yum noodle soup was bland, and the Pad See Ew had a strange taste. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal. Seems reasonably priced. I wouldn’t go out of your way for this small restaurant. View all feedback.
