"Really cool place!!! Prohibition themed, underground, cool vibe. Drinks and apps were all really good, and honestly really reasonably priced. Much better than I was expecting when the bill came! Management was on top of it, walking around to check on people’s experience on top of the serving staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. Highly recommend getting there early, unless you’re willing to wait in line. Even though there was a line, we never felt like we were being rushed to turn the table over."

"One of the best locations in Colorado. All the folks here are always friendly and helpful. The food is on par with all other locations which is to say it is well priced, delicious, and excellent sandwiches all around. This is and will continue to be a staple of campus west in Fort Collins."

"My favorite sandwich place in foco! Love that the meats and cheeses are freshly sliced and you can get exactly what you want on your sandwich, the staff is super accommodating with only a little bit of this or extra that This place is the closest thing to east coast hoagies around here and I've never been disappointed.Edit: still great!"

"I recently moved to Fort Collins and wanted to take my family out for a nice dinner. Blue Agave did not disappoint! The food was incredible, the ambiance was great and Jacob, our server, was so fun, knowledgeable, and very accommodating of my shellfish allergy. We had an amazing time with the best service we've ever had. I'd highly recommend it."

"Holy cow, what amazing food. I got the Choice City Burger on recommendation from a friend, and was not disappointed. Food was so good that I ordered a Reuben to go for dinner that night. The Place was packed, as I think it probably is all of the time. The wait staff is friendly and engaging. I am in Fort Collins on business and a friend from Seattle said I had to get a burger here. I am so happy I took the time to search this place out."
