First time at Tokyo Joe's. Moved to TX 8 years ago and hadn't heard much about them our short year here in 2014. My mom used to eat here many times a week until she retired. For fast food non Chinese food, but oh so yummy flavor, it was great. Chicken was tender, both rices were moist, and the list goes on.
