If you're willing to wait, the food is ok (as far as fast food goes). My only complaint is the store seems to be run by teenagers, and there is no real hustle.

"This is a nice restaurant with great service and food. There is quite a selection of meals from sandwiches to full mains. I had fish and chips and my wife had the beef brisket sandwich. Both included freshcut fries with soup or salad. Some previous...reviews said that it was expensive but for fish and chips is fairly normal. Our waitress was very attentive and the meals came quite quickly. The restaurant is right downtown in a beautifully renovated old building with exposed brick inside. Not a lot of tables due to Covid but well separated. Great place to dine"

"We were looking for a place to get pickeral, not knowing it wasn't in season. The dining room is roomy and comfortable, lots of windows, and places to eat outside in summer. (I'm told people even come in on boats!). No pickeral today but my Neptune chicken and pilaf was excellent, as was the mushroom & wild rice soup (wild rice is local) and hubby's maple mustard salmon was cooked to perfection. The veggies were tasty and a good variety. They missed serving us our rolls. I'd recommend this restaurant in Fort Frances."

"Love the eastern side DQ on earplugs, highly recommended for your family or just you, always a line, but it's not a big thing because it quickly moves Lol, but it's nice t a grill and chill so not all hot foods, they have the important things like chili dogs a chip, to them never forget their Blizzard to you up side down! It is amazing on the 90* days lol never had any problems "
