What D Mac likes about Wendy's:
Overall a solid fast food experience. The food came out exceptionally fast even though I had made a customized order. I like ordering from the kiosks and then just picking up the food when ready. Diet Coke tasted a little off from one of the machines but that was minor as the other one tasted right. View all feedback.
What Claudia Gadea doesn't like about Wendy's:
They are worst. They ALWAYS get our order wrong. And then you call to ask for the right items and then treat you as the one in the wrong even when the receipt shows you paid for the item. Manager Marcela has terrible customer service and was super rude. We need corporate to get involved and teach these workers customer service skills and food handling.
