"We're sat in the back corner next to a large loud party. The waiter was so focused on them that our experience suffered. We could also barely converse without yelling; it wasn't that the resultant was full either, there were seats else where. After finally ordering 45 minutes after we sat, he came back 15 minutes later to ask if we were just going to drink water after we put in drink orders. After finally getting our drinks he came back to our table and asked if we were having desert when we hadn't even received our meal yet. They didn't have the appetizer we ordered (which we found out after ordering and the waiter coming back to tell us). The food itself was ok, but nothing special for the price. It's a shame because the location is awesome and it could be so much more if the service wasn't horrendous. (Also, it wasn't just the restaurant. We stopped at Docs bar for a drink before our meal and eventually gave up on getting a drink because there was no bartender at the bar. We went to the Old Hangout after dinner and I had to go to the bar to order drinks because no one waited on us and the bartender told us to sit down and order from the waitress). I had high hopes for the experience and was let down at every turn, do better."

"Cool little spot. Looks sketchy from the outside, but this is the majority of Tacoma for you. This place is really delivered on delicious food and stellar service. Huge portions and a really cool atmosphere that you wouldn't expect when you roll to the place first. It is one of the better Thai places I was in the area and it deserves a better location. But I'm not trying to knock the restaurant. The Thai tea is one of my favorite things ever. I was surprised it wasn't packed, but it deserved to be. Try it out and spread the love for this little jewel!"

"It's been two hours since I was done, let me just say that all the subs are gigantic, definitely worth the price, and the meatball sub? Well, we ordered a whole, only half ate, and we had the other half sitting, and it's still hot! The subs were also delicious!"

"I would only say to pay attention to what you order, as in what is supposed to be in your dish and what they may have substituted on your plate without informing you, this could be a HUGE problem for someone with allergies and it’s also a way for a restaurant to cut corners or poor kitchen/food planning. This has happened on the two occasions I visited in two years."
