Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. Even during COVID, this shop has been consistently excellent when I've been there. A few times they've had off hours or I've had to wait a bit, but the food has always been excellent and the people even better. order accepted and paid online thru their app. When I arrived there, however, a paper on the door was written that the load closed on Tuesday because of the staff. had to spend a hr on a call with customer support to receive the refund. they did not give me the coupons I used and therefore I lost almost 9.
