Just stopped by trailer side and arrived after store had closed for the day. The customer service was amazing and staff was friendly and personable. They accommodated me and served me. This is the worst biggby I’ve been to and will drive a little further next time to the next biggby. Customer service was terrible. I go to other biggby locations multiple times a week and all the other locations are friendly, not here, rude worker taking orders. My iced latte was completely full of grounds but they were working out of a trailer, maybe that’s why the drinks here are subpar. read more.
