"I have wanted to stop and try this restaurant for some time and finally had the chance today. The menu is full of lots of things my wife and I both wanted to try! My wife doesn't eat meat, but there were several things she was able to eat straight off the menu and didn't require a special request. For starters, we had pretzel bites and pepper jack cheese dip. We noticed the fried zucchini comes with a horseradish cream, so we asked if we could also get a side of that with the pretzels. Our server was quick to accommodate. The pretzels bites were perfect, with a healthy dose of pretzel salt on top and a pillow soft interior. Unfortunately, the pepper jack cheese dip was very bland. We added some salt to try to help, but it was still mostly flavorless. We were thankful for the horseradish cream, which had a moderate horseradish bite. I ordered a Glazed Goat Bison Burger, cooked medium, and truffled fries. Unfortunately, my burger came out dry and well done, with absolutely no pink to be found. The burger came out on an onion bun, and had caramelized onions, BBQ sauce, and melted goat cheese. All of these components were delicious and worked very well together, it's just a shame the burger was cooked so poorly. I did not tell my waitress or complain, I have worked in kitchens and know exactly how hectic things get Saturday for supper. I'm certain it would be better next time, though I do regret not getting the street tacos. My wife ordered a beet salad with shrimp. The salad was beautiful, with large chunks of beets and 6 huge shrimp (after the waitress had to reteieve them from the kitchen, so they did not make the picture). The dressing was wonderful and brought everything together. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. She really enjoyed the salad and I enjoyed the few bites I snuck from her plate. Overall, the restaurant is gorgeous inside, and the sports bar section we were in was packed. Our server was super friendly and very helpful. If we're looking for a sit down meal in Fort Morgan again, we won't hesitate to visit again, but it is unlikely we would drive 2 hours from home just to eat here."
