"Food and service was horrible, ordered chicken fingers and fries for the kid. The chicken was overcooked, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in shrimp grease. Also ordered Hibachi and a teriyaki bowl which tasted a little weird. When we complained about the food nothing was done other than offering a discount, even for the food our kids didn't want to eat. I would never come back here and if could have rated this negatively, I would have."

"After reading wonderful things about Harold and his restaurant, we were fortunate to be able to get a table on a Friday night on our way from the airport to the beach. I knew it would be good; but the quality of service, food, and atmosphere all greatly exceeded our expectations. Our server, Heather, was friendly, excellent, and took great care of us. The manager, Tyler, also spent time with us, was very friendly, and sincerely made sure everything was perfect. We then had the pleasure of meeting Harold. It is obvious Harold loves his patrons, his staff, and providing one of the most unique and superb dining experiences I have ever had. Thank you so much Howard. Everything was really amazing and my 5 year old daughter loved the tour of the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you again in a few days and being blown away (again) by your incredible gift. EVERYTHING was great!Absolutely Incredible."

"In Fort Myers for the week in vacation, and have been here twice so far. Servers Estelle and Rosa were gems, and met the owner Roberto who was gracious to visit us at the table. Margaritas were wonderful, as well as the food and desert. Definitely recommend this restaurant."

"For 6 months in Naples, Austin, TX. There is no REAL Mexican cuisine in the area. Had a desire and stumbled over the Charros brothers. Had really good reviews, so we passed. Very small place on Estero Island (I think). We were only those there, place was beautifully decorated, loved the ambience! I have chips and salsa (very fresh) and queso. I forgot what I ordered, but it was very good. Look at pictures. Steak was nicely cooked, great Char and taste! Enchiladas (hero), we also very well with red sauce. Beans only need a pinch of salt, but overall we were very satisfied with our experience so give them 5 stars. Anyway, it'll be back. Support her!"

"Came in for brunch, killer coffee and food. Their waffles are to die for. We also had a few bagel sandwiches which were also delicious. Fresh fruit and fantastic potato salad. They were sold out of half of their bagels by 12:30 so maybe get there before then, had 8 different kinds. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stop by"
