"Food and service was horrible, ordered chicken fingers and fries for the kid. The chicken was overcooked, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in shrimp grease. Also ordered Hibachi and a teriyaki bowl which tasted a little weird. When we complained about the food nothing was done other than offering a discount, even for the food our kids didn't want to eat. I would never come back here and if could have rated this negatively, I would have."

"After reading wonderful things about Harold and his restaurant, we were fortunate to be able to get a table on a Friday night on our way from the airport to the beach. I knew it would be good; but the quality of service, food, and atmosphere all greatly exceeded our expectations. Our server, Heather, was friendly, excellent, and took great care of us. The manager, Tyler, also spent time with us, was very friendly, and sincerely made sure everything was perfect. We then had the pleasure of meeting Harold. It is obvious Harold loves his patrons, his staff, and providing one of the most unique and superb dining experiences I have ever had. Thank you so much Howard. Everything was really amazing and my 5 year old daughter loved the tour of the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you again in a few days and being blown away (again) by your incredible gift. EVERYTHING was great!Absolutely Incredible."

"In Fort Myers for the week in vacation, and have been here twice so far. Servers Estelle and Rosa were gems, and met the owner Roberto who was gracious to visit us at the table. Margaritas were wonderful, as well as the food and desert. Definitely recommend this restaurant."

"Food was good but place is so busy that they are chaotic. There was no hostess anywhere. I waited 10 mins, w a baby , to be seated. Luckily the bartender was a sweetheart and sat us. Food was decent and server was decent. I honestly felt for all the servers. They seemed overwhelmed. Owners need to pay attention here.3 stars for the lack of effort to get customers Sat. "It was good. Kids meal was pricy, and no slices after 4 to accommodate just getting a slice for them if they don't like pizza you order. Overall, it was nice, they bring out dough for the kids to play with while they wait, that's not really worth paying $13 for her meal. Our lasagna pizza was good maybe a meat sauce instead of meatballs but was good."
