I wanted to try Mellow Mushroom for a while, and I'm really sorry I didn't leave earlier. That was one of the best pizzas I've eaten in Florida in four years. They took the time to develop a real taste and texture in the dough before they sprinkle their cakes. There was a complex taste and a good chewiness; that's something that just didn't find much here.
