They included a 15% gratuity 13.00 on my bill. I noticed AFTER I gave the waitress a 20.00 cash tip which brought my tip to 44%. When I asked the the manager yo remove from my card she said she couldn’t because it was a “service tip for restaurant” said this is customary for Chinese.
