"We were just passing through Fort Nelson for one night on our way south. The restaurant at the hotel sounded good and proved to be deserving of the reviews I did receive. We had the chicken and bacon pasta special in an Alfredo sauce that was very tasty and the ginger beef stir fry was wonderful.The best part of the meal was our server, Megan. She had an outstanding personality and made the meal both memorable and a lot of fun--definitely the top server we've met on our four week trip! Don't let the fact that this is part of a hotel concern you; the food was tasty, reasonable "

"Nice quiet campground with a good restaurant. This is immediately east when you first approach Ft Nelson. Right beside the museum, that is well worth a visit too. Only open in the summer months, but a great collection of cars, equipment used from building of the Alaskan Highway, etc."

"I ordered the Boston Royal pizza. Apparently the cook did not know how to make and bake a pizza. It was supposed to have ham, pepperoni, green peppers, onions, olives, cheese and red sauce. the cook did not put in any meat, he put the mushrooms on before he put on the cheese, he added the shrimp, green peppers, onions, and olives AFTER he pulled the pizza out of the oven. absolutely the worst pizza ever. No, they did not charge me for it."

"Friendly staff. Easy pull through stalls even with a 30 foot trailer. The saloon was pretty cool. Super clean washroom and shower. One of the better rv spots that we stayed at. Full service and fast wifi."
