wanted to give a shout out to great manager's service. John Hughes came out when I had an issue with my steak and talked to us very politely and then went back in the kitchen and cooked me another steak, perfectly cook might I add. What Victor L Levan doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
My friend's steak wasn't nothing but fat and he pretty much had to beg the manager to take it off. I ordered a steak and two sides and I thought it came with them but obviously not because I was charged extra which I should've been told that but wasn't but it's okay I took the price out of her tip. We will NOT be going back to that specific resturant. View all feedback.
