My visit to Tropical Smoothie earlier today was the best experience I've ever had. The customer service was top-notch, with smiles and positive attitudes greeting me as soon as I walked in. The food was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no long wait. I'm not sure of the name of the girl who prepared my food, but she did an excellent job getting it out quickly. I came to this restaurant today to order a veggie wrap, but ended up waiting 30 minutes. I watched as other customers who arrived after me were served before me (at least 4 or 5 of them). When my order was finally taken, it was accidentally deleted. After waiting even longer, they had to remake my wrap.
