"This is a must place to eat fast food and enjoy great hamburgers and the best French fries in Fort St James. This restaurant is on the main road leading into Fort St James on the left side of the road. It is great value for your money but be aware the portions of food a large ....so careful not to place to much of a large order. They make the best milk shakes for aroinf $5 and worth every penny. This is one of my favourite fast food joints in Fort St James."

"Staff is too slow and neither listen. I don’t know how many times I’ve repeated my order. Worst of all when you get home the order is wrong which infuriates me more than repeating my order 30 times. It’s not my fault that some people just don’t get it so please stop making me pay for your stupidity!"

"The service is the worst I have come across in a very long time in my travels. The staff are not trained and do not understand customer focus. As an example I ordered an omelet for breakfast with bacon , tomato , onions and extra cheese. It took 45 minutes to receive this dish and the restaurant was empty. On eating the meal ther was no tomato, bacon, onions or cheese in the omelette, all it was was egg. I notified the server who argued with about the meal and reluctantly took it back to the kitchen. Sitting near the kitchen I could here the cook and server laughing about my meal and the cook saying he did not add TGIF ingredients I ordered. The server said there was no charge for the meal. On checking out of the hotel my hotel bill had the breakfast charge added. I asked the hotel front desk to show me the receipt room charge fir this meal. She showed me and somebody signed my room charge for this meal. I did not sign! The hotel reversed this charge. The food Is poor quality over priced delivery by very poor service. For an alternate child of restaurant go to the Northland Pub"
