First off, if your not from Edmonton how would you know that this restaurant is located behind the old Sobey's store? So, look it up to get the exact geographic location on 104 St. Food was excellent and the service was five star. We dined here during the evening of July 25/17 before the Ed Sheeran show at Rogers and the restaurant was full. What User doesn't like about The Black Pearl Seafood Bar:
Decor was great but it stopped there. Grilled seafood platter was cold and risotto was mushy and gummy. Also ordered seafood in a honey nut sauce. The flavor was good but trying to get the lobster out of the shell covered in sauce was very...messy. The GM was dismissive and rude. Our party of 3 was disappointed with the amount, quality and service. Won't go back. read more.
