Absolutely brutal. There for my birthday...no recognition for it even with reservations....Took 2 hours to get water...couple drinks and just appies. Put us an hour behind schedule from our bday plans. Was absolutely rediculous. Place is so disorganized. Nobody knows how to make a drink anymore...or even pour a water. "Absolute joke of a business. I was a long time customer since the first store on the Northside of Edmonton. You had a reputation of making the same dish perfect everytime. I try this trash location in fort sask. What I get is inconsistency. First, hairs in one of my orders, another order on a different day wasnt even what I ordered, almost everytime the green onion cakes come crunchy and inedible and today which is the final straw, a huge piece of a plastic bag. If it's still the same owner, I suggest you get this location in check and re-instate the standards I grew up enjoying."
