Only come this location because of convenience...customer service is so low. SB is so overrated but people go here because of the mobile app. Female staff here is so untrained to customer service. Why is so hard to smile greet customers as they come in always put them first. As I came in I had to wait at the counter for her to finish her conversation w/her co-worker.
