I been to this place twice now. The person in the front is always nice. They are quick and the food taste great. This is the only Chinese takeout spot that I have really liked in this area. What Robert Craven doesn't like about Hunan Express:
I ordered general Tso chicken and was disappointed. The chicken is not made fresh and obviously came in frozen, as parts of my food were very cold. The wanton fried pork is not good at all. I called to personally give them feedback and they offered me 20% off my next order. I will not be back. If I want frozen chicken, I can buy a bag at Sam’s Club. Overall, just not satisfied at all.
