The restaurant is not very accommodating for children with disabilities. While it is wheelchair accessible and our waitress was fantastic, the store manager was rude and didn’t even acknowledge my daughter, who uses a wheelchair. View all feedback.
Excellent place! Waterfront dine-in with very good food and service, totally recommended! We ordered Shacktastic Shrimp Feast and First Mate’s Platter…. Just amazing, cooked to perfection! Thanks to Tabatha for your help!
We sat on the deck right beside the water. The crab dip is to die for! Best I have had! Redfish and Mahi mahi both great! We got the spicy Cajun with Parmesan cream sauce. Passion fruit margarita sweet but not too sweet. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
The food was incredible, and our waitress Caitlin was just the best. Highly recommend.
First place we ate as soon as we arrived in Fort Walton! Crab legs were cooked perfectly, and shrimp was absolutely delicious! Jethro, our server was phenomenal! Highly recommend The Shack!!
This place was exceptional. I wasn’t sure if it would be a tourist trap with expensive subpar food and service, but I was very pleased this place is the real deal. I’m in town for the week and I’ll definitely be back a time or two again before I leave.
