Poor Quality. 45 Day Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye Steak $95 was low quality, could not eat it, 2 bites in and I was done, no bread or anything, forgot lemons for water, I was there back in March and this steak was great, they must have cut costs and bought cheaper cuts or changed chefs because it is not a $20 steak at best.
