I work at CoreLife and we do a lot to ensure that all nutritional needs are met! I've been vegan for about three years. Fast ANY bowl can be made vegan by substitution. Let the staff know!! There are hummus, falafel and tofu that are my favorite. Thai Cashew Dressing is also my favorite. I like to make the buffalo southwest, replacement tofu for chicken, jicama for cheese, and thai cashew for ranch. read more.
