I have ate at Paula's three times and actually i proposed to my wife there. I planned out the romantic surprise proposal plan and the staff at Paula's helped me to carry it out. It might be somewhat noisy from time to time but the food is excellent, the staff is wonderfully pleasant. I would recommend the almond crusted walleye. Everything is good. As we sat down, they brought small plates for my son and me. My son's plate was visibly quite dirty and we had to ask for another. Later they brought me a plate but it wasn't a bread plate: it was a saucer, but worse than that it was even dirtier! One wonders how the wait staff could have missed that.
