Rally's - Fort Wayne

I don't actually eat at this Chan often, buy anytime I do; Stellhorn location is my favorite. The staff are awesome, service is fast and friendly as well as the food being fresh and never have they messed up my orders!

My boyfriend ordered Rally’s last minute and the food was not cold but it was fresh and warm still. It came fast and they had great customer service!!

Today, I decided to give them another chance and encountered the same two employees from last night. The cashier had a terrible attitude (an older man with white/gray hair) and wasn't paying attention when taking our order. He rang up our order incorrectly multiple times and was extremely rude. I decided to speak up and mentioned that we had received improperly made funnel cake fries the night before. The cashier insisted that was impossible because they come with powdered sugar, not salt. I tried to explain that they had been salted accidentally, but he continued to argue with me. Suddenly, a manager named Chris intervened and accused me of cursing at his employee and holding up the line. I tried to clarify that I was just trying to ensure my order was correct, but he insisted on completing the order despite the unnecessary rudeness. The situation could have been avoided if the cashier had been more attentive and not rushed the process, especially since I was the only customer at the speaker.

The chicken was extremely dry. The restaurant needs to start serving fresh food, as there is never anyone in the drive-thru. This was the worst experience at Rally's, and I am surprised they have not been shut down. I will not be returning.
