Kfc - Fort Worth

Came to pick up an order and the doors were locked, although it wasn't even 9:30 and when I was not answering through the ride through nobody, I went into the window. I asked why no one answered the whole girl with the glasses and Pony dick said, "so?" The staff is just rude here, I guess I thought it was a McDonald's.

My husband loves this place that the only reason I go and every time I get the chicken pot cake, it never has chicken if I don't have a breast to go in it, it would be a vegetable cake pot. Food: 3/5

This was not a good night for KFC 12/3/2022 Hulen in Ft Worth. Biscuits were so hard that we couldn't eat them. The tenders were so dry. I didn't get the sauce I chose for her. Not even the records I requested. And they had the order in the van without a name on it. No real customer service. A young gentleman in the dining room spoke and had to ask about my order that I put online, which was a pickup in the delivery without a day on it. 8 pieces 8 delicate meal and was very disappointed by quality and service.

If you are looking for customer service, avoid this location at all costs. Flyed twice through the drive. When I got into the window, I decided to make my Mac and cheese a big one. Manager Audrey tells me I'm going through the drive for a third time to order again. When did I ask why? she answered, it is another transaction. How is the difference to pay it now? KFC companies really need a look at this location. I could really sue KFC for discrimination. The manager is completely unprofessional, please avoid at all costs.

I've not had any issues with this kfc. There's one closer to me but I'll go out of my way because they've got great customer service.Service: 4/5
