Went to Luby?s for Thanksgiving and although we waited over an hour before reaching the service line to select our meals, the experience was great! So grateful that the workers share their lives to serve us on Thanksgiving Day! View all feedback.

That was the worst experience. I was excited to come to a Lubys like I haven't been a kid since I was. I was quickly shown why they went out of business. Badly trained personnel. From many options on the line you had to wait for. Our waiter would bring our pages to our table. They never did. The cashier didn't know how it worked properly. It was horrible everywhere.
