The first time at this point went to the ride thru. Lady with my order was very polite when I came into the window, I visited a gentleman named Adolfo. I think it should be a policy to work better hygiene in the fast food industry, he could smoke cigarettes, but his breath was unbearable. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
As Evan Nave said, people seem to have a hard time to hear and take orders. Some brunette girls with short buttons fed fried rice instead of white rice on my bowl and I crumbled white rice and she just poured the fried rice back into the fried rice. I visited this restaurant and went through the drive-thru. The young man named Bryant was very friendly, respectful, and provided fast service. In the past, my experiences at this restaurant were not great, but Bryant set a great example. Thank you!
As a delivery driver, I have had two experiences at this restaurant where other drivers were able to take my order, causing inconvenience for me. Despite informing the staff that someone had taken my order, they refused to remake it. It seems like they are not properly confirming orders and are allowing people to take whatever they want without any accountability. This is unfair to both the drivers and the customers, as we should not be held responsible for the restaurant's negligence in fulfilling mobile orders.
The service at this restaurant was friendly, quick, and fantastic! All the food was served hot and in large portions. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very kind. Flor, especially, was gracious, as was Lawrence, the manager.
This store in specifically is my favorite Panda Express location to go. Every time I go I get greeted makes me feel like home and the food well prepared the workers are always no rudeness nothing but kindness specially (MELISSA) I like the way she helps with any questions I have and her customer service is beyond I dont think I've ever received any customer service like the way she does it puts her all in to her job 10 out of 10 expect me back all the time.
It was awful. This girl at the front named Flor was very rude and trying to get the order over with. Then a customer who clearly wasn’t all the way there, rather than catering to her confusion , she continued to be rude to her repeating the same thing over with. Didnt give me the right amount of chicken for my order
