What User likes about Steak N Shake:
The workers were very nice. I ordered a coffee on the kiosk and had to be refunded because they don't have a good one and I was very kindly explained by the manager. They cleaned themselves and raised walls. My only problem is that there was a hair on my tomatoes and just a peice of bacon. A little annoying, but not enough to make me complain. I still ate the burger because Steak n Shake has my favorite burgers. View all feedback.

I have a hot dog meal for NY granddaughter, it was good, so were the pommes. No ketchup, waited like 15 minutes in the drivethru and no one would come back, finally my husband saw a lady and asked her for ketchup, she gave us one, I asked her for more and she gave us 1 more in a very bad mood way and closed her window quickly.
