_ After 50 minutes beyond the expected delivery time (Thursday evening, not wknd) I call for an explanation on the delay and arrival time... The lady on the phone replies to me in a very rude and disgraceful way, telling me that it's not his fault but the kids in the scooter... They're coming. After an hour and 15 minutes still nothing!
