"We were out for a drive and landed in the cute town of Richmond, and discovered Richmond BratHaus as well! What a lovely establishment. The building is old and the bar and grill compliments the architecture so well. The staff were all so kind and friendly. There were a nice selection of draft beers from many local breweries. So many choices! We tried three different fall beers and they were all yummy. We also enjoyed a brat sampler and tater-tots. We live over and hour away from Richmond, but I think we need to go back soon just for the BratHaus!"

"We went to the Broken Spoke for the Wednesday fish special as we have in the past. It has always been good up until this visit. The restaurant was empty and after being in the room for about a minute, one of the owners came over to us and said to sit anywhere. He then said that he had no staff or bartender that day, only the cook. We decided that was OK since we only wanted the fish and soft drinks. I ordered a mixed drink, which the owner made, and my husband ordered iced tea. The owner said he did not have iced tea so my husband ordered a diet coke instead. When we ordered our food the owner told us there was no fish because the truck did not make a delivery that day . We ordered other things from the menu after finding several of the items on the menu were also out. I ordered the pot roast sandwich with onion petals and my husband ordered the sliders with a bowl of chili. The pot roast was dry and the plate came out with fries instead of onion petals. My husband got two hamburger buns (supposed to be 3 sliders) with dry roast pork (no onions or sauce as the menu said) and a Styrofoam cup of chili instead of a bowl. Overall, very disappointing."

"First visit today. We had the Mongolian Beef, Lentil Soup and Coconut Chicken Curry, which were all fantastic. You also have a great variety if BBQ options. Really a great find in the area and quickly became one of our favorites"

"I love their quality of bread, but this is not enough if a service for customers. This review refers to their customer service quality, I would give it a zero. I called on Wednesday 3 May at 4am and a very rude lady answer to the phone that showed a lot of attitude. I wish I had asked her name because she shouldn't work in customer service if she is not willing to treat customers with respect. I can understand if she had a bad day, but because of her actions customers can turn away. Quality of products and services for the customer goes hand in hand. Please train the staff better, your business deserves it."

"I had ordered through Grubhub and delivery. I ordered Mama K's Supreme pizza with hand rolled dough. The pizza had generous toppings or ingredients under the thick cheese (a big plus). The sauce was mild spicy and it was just right. The crust was baked right with browning and crispy. The pizza tasted like homemade. The pizza was delivered hot. "Food sheikh. have been coming here for years with the woman to lunch the weeping went at once, but I still come back. broken chicken always hot and fresh other menu points as well Pork Chop dinner is fantastic. bartenders always friendly. nice atmosphere biker friendly good place to stop and too midday or evening never tried breakfast, but was told to him. always someone there to stike up talk with keep it up 5 stars"
