Mcdonald's - Fox Point

I wish there was a 0 star option. that is probably the worst that mcdonald has ever been in my life. in the 10 years they have lived in bayside, they have never got a single order right. eating is never fresh and is in the regular soggy, the ice machine never works, and the workers do not care about their jobs. at one point the drive by the person told me that the ice machine, the coffee machine and the soda machine were all broken at the same time. they can't sell anything, so we don't have to wait for the long journey through lines.

I would give 0 stars if possible for the quality of the service. minimum personal, just need to order kiosk, not a single order for my group came in a contemporary fashion or right. the 1star is only given to some people free cookies for their problems. our group made a habit to stop at this mcdonald, but no more.

There is no option for zero stars. only one hired was absolutely horrific to deal with us, and we are not an ounce of help. I hope the owner of this site is enough for me to explain that f

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The owner would be appalled by the conduct of the managers and staff. When I asked this morning what was taking so long, the worker said very rudely they were short staffed and started obnoxiously saying why don't you come back here and help me. All of this conduct was in front of the manager. The manager told a customer last week to get out of here because she couldn't' figure out how to process their McDonald's app coupon. This location needs corporate intervention and half the people will be fired. There is no sense in the workers treating customers in this manner especially when the customers have been waiting patiently. This rating would be zero but the system will not permit a ZERO rating.
