The food at this restaurant was excellent. I was very impressed and satisfied with the paprika calzone. The portion size was larger than I anticipated and the flavor was fantastic. Go. If I gave them 0. On June 30, I had ordered a deep plate pizza, a piece of hair baked between cheese and dough. I called her and explained the situation. The owner tried to tell me that there was no worker who had a dark hair? that day even tho the girl that gave me the pizza had dark hair. Ordered Deep dish pizza very light on the sauce with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. I should have looked at my order before getting home. With heart burn complications, I had to scrape off the top sauce and tomatoes. Other than that, Pizza was still good.
We enjoy the pizza from here and order it regularly, but one thing I do not love is their crust. It's not like any other crust I've ever had on any pizza ever, and I wish it was more of a traditional thin or ny style crust. I also don't remember the crust being like this when we used to order from the Rosati's in the Madison area. The crust is kind of soft and when it comes it always seems undercooked both in color (white) and texture, even though I don't think it is, it's just their style. Putting it in the air fryer and cooking it longer always improves it. So, if you're reading this, I hope you'll consider a crust tweak in the future.
